The Service gives you access to company insights, data and context designed to boost your talent acquistion, productivity and performance. This Agreement for the Service is a legal contract between you, either an individual subscriber, customer, member, a company, organization, or entity (“you” or, collectively with other users, “Users”) and ODverify/ODleads regarding your use of the Service. ODverify/ODleads may have different roles with respect to different types of Users, and “you” as used in these Terms will apply to the appropriate type of User under the circumstances. By accessing, browsing, using or subscribing to the Service, or by clicking “I Agree,” you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms, including any additional guidelines and any future modifications (collectively, the “Terms”), and to the collection and use of certain business data and other information related to you, your customers, or your business, which you may submit, store, and access via the Service (collectively, “User Data”).
ODverify/ODleads grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service, subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, for your personal or internal business purposes as an entity representative or an individual. However, you are not permitted to sublicense or resell any part of the Service. You are only allowed to use the Service on devices that you own or control, and you may not make it available on a network for multiple devices to use simultaneously.
